BSTI has been providing Information Technology services since 1993. The organization started as a VAR and has evolved into a service oriented firm. By combining tier one technical skills with a clear understanding of business fundamentals, we offer technical solutions that meet business needs. We believe in fully understanding the business requirements before providing any technical solution.

Our operations philosophy draws upon state of the art in both technology and management theory. Our infrastructure is geographically distributed, allowing redundancies and inherent business continuity. While distributed through space, our infrastructure is both physically and logically secure. Our support applications are internet enabled not as an afterthought, but designed with open systems in mind. Many of our support tools are web based, allowing the ubiquitous web browser to speed learning, simplify processes, and lower administrationn costs.

Customer service is of paramount concern to our organization. There are many consulting firms that can provide tier one technical advice. We believe you will continue to turn to BSTI because we communicate faster and more intelligibly than other firms. Internal barriers to information sharing have been reduced to enable information to flow to the correct person as quickly as possible and to avoid redundant information which may grow disparate over time. Multiple methods of contact are provided for mutual convenience and to allow business continuity. We interface with your organization in optimal ways, providing the correct person to discuss an issue in order to avoid knowledge area mismatch: we avoid having programmers discuss the finer points of 3 tier architecture with the CFO who desires to understand the ROI of the project.

Realizing that technology is a tool and must show a need, we emphasize business planning and control methodologies in our work. By placing what we do in the Systems Development Life Cycle model, we can use proven methodologies to evaluate our work, even if that work is just a part of your IT environment or plan. Understanding the interdependence of all stakeholders, we can provide a solution that will meet today's requirements and build a platform for future needs. We strive to improve our Multiple Axis/Common Thread Knowledge Management framework. Our framework assists us to provide the highest levels of service, giving BSTI a competitive advantage over firms not utilizing their knowledge assets fully.
